Pizza Hut Delivery (PHD jugak)
Ingat PHD ingat Pizza Hut Delivery. Singkatan yang sama. Nak cerita sikit pengalaman di Pizza Hut. Semalam, selepas menyaksikan Graduation Day Kimi pusat beli-belah terkenal di Seremban, kami terus mencari tempat duduk di Pizza Hut. Seperti biasa anak-anak akan meminta menu yang sama. Hampir setengah jam barulah pizza yang dipesan sampai. Bread stick sejam baru sampai. Nasib baik Hut Platter, air dan sup dah sampai awal. Suruh bungkus sahaja pizza yang dipesan kerana mood anak-anak nak makan dah rosak. Pelanggan sekeliling semuanya mencuka kerana servis yang sangat lambat. Meja di belakang dah kosong. Kesian keluarga tersebut. Mereka hendak ke stesyen komuter. Tergesa-gesa si bapa meminta pekerja tersebut membungkus sahaja pizza mereka. Tapi, semasa saya membayar di kaunter si bapa tersebut masih menunggu pizzanya dibungkus. Sejam 10 minit. Pizza Hut cawangan ni sedang membuat rekod dunia agaknya. Saya dapati perkhidmatan restoran makanan segera antarabangsa di Malaysia semakin merosot kualiti khidmat pelanggannya. Mungkin masalah inisesuai untuk kajian PhD . Ada yang berminat?

Remember remember the Pizza Hut Delivery PHD. The same abbreviation. To experience a little story at the Pizza Hut. Nearly half an hour then ordered pizza delivered. Bread stick hour had arrived. Luckily Hut Platter, water and soup has arrived early. Ask packs just ordered pizza for the kids mood to eat is gone. Customers around all mencuka for very slow service. Empty table at the back already. I felt sorry for the family. They want to commuter stations. Rush the father asks the employee only pack their pizza. But, when I pay at the counter of the father is still waiting for its pizza lunches. One hour 10 minutes. Pizza Hut outlets are making this world record was weak. I found the service fast food restaurants in Malaysia has deteriorated the quality of customer service. Perhaps this problem is suitable for PhD studies. Some are interested in?
